Shop Expansion!

All items in the shop can now be bought, however please note that actual functionality of these items is currently still limited to just the Mouse Steroids! If you buy the other items, when the next update rolls around they'll immediately gain functionality!

Also added a handy "Buy All" button next to viable items in the shop!

All items have also had their prices and scaling adjusted!
