Finally the game is in a complete enough state for me to call it a beta release! Any updates from now on will be mostly bug fixes unless I decide to add a new feature. This release contains quite a bit of stuff including fabled keyboard and mouse support! I still recommend you play with a controller if you can though.

This release contains a brand new feature: Starships!
What are starships? Well, every so often whilst playing, if you keep racking up enough score, you'll have a chance for a new UFO type to spawn! This UFO is known as the starship due to it's bright colour and star-like shape. The starship will not be destroyed by explosions from other UFOs, so you HAVE to hit it with your cannon. It's much faster than the other UFOs and will deal a hefty 50 points of damage if it hits you, so you'd best be on your toes! You'll gain a neat lil temporary powerup if you take it down though, so be on the lookout!
